Light Plant Plans Upgrades

NEW HAMPTON- The New Hampton Light Plant is making efforts to become even more energy efficient.  On Monday, the Light Plant Board approved a $15,000 investment to replace street lights with new LED lights.

LED lights have a higher life expectancy than the type of lighting currently being used and only use about half the power.
