Charles City Arts Center Foreign Film Series Continues Tonight

CC Arts Center

The Charles City Arts Center will show the first of a two part foreign film today.

The 1991 film, “A Brighter Summer Day” was made in Taiwan. The film, set in the 1960s, is based on a real incident that the director remembers from his school days.

Each Wednesday, the Charles City Arts Center and the Floyd County Diversity Committee host a foreign film. There is no cost to attend. The film will start at 7:00pm.

Chris Berg

Chris was born and raised in Webster City, IA. As a young kid, he would always be caught singing along to songs on the radio. He says he's good at karaoke but we think otherwise. ;) In his free time, he enjoys beginning new projects at home and hardly ever finishing them. Chris lives in Charles City with his significant other Vicki and a daughter Brynlee.
