Washington Legislators on annual Hiatus


DES MOINES, IA – Iowa Congressman Steve King is currently back in Iowa and he talks about the long standing Washington Tradition that sends the legislators home for the month of August:

King said that before the break it was a busy time in Washington with much work being done on two important issues, the first being Veterans Affairs issues:

King recently visited the US Mexico border and said that he saw many organizations in place offering aide to immigrants in need, but the one key issue to dealing with the problems was make clear to him:
