Semi Rolls Near Dougherty, Driver Charged

Dougherty, Iowa – Authorities have cited a Marble Rock man for crashing a semitrailer near the intersection of Yarrow Ave and 105th Street south of Dougherty on Monday afternoon.

63 year old Dennis Fisher was cited for misdemeanor failure to yield.

Fisher’s 2015 Volvo semi trailer went to the shoulder of Yarrow and then tipped over, blocking the road.

The semitrailer is owned by Sukup Manufacturing.

No injuries were reported and the accident remains under investigation.
