Tonight marks week four of the Iowa High School football season, here is where our area teams will be playing.  The Charles City Comet football team will be on the road for a District match-up with top-ranked Cedar Rapids Xavier.  The Comets are 1-2 overall this season and 1-0 in District games while Xavier is 3-0 and 1-0.  You can tune into this game right here on KCHA starting with a pregame at about 7pm and kickoff is scheduled for 7:30.

The Nashua-Plainfield Husky and Rockford Warrior football teams will be looking for their first District wins tonight as they will square off with each other in Rockford.  Nashua comes in at 1-2 overall and 0-1 in District play while the Warriors are 0-3 and 0-1.  Kickoff for this game will be at 7:30.

The Osage Green Devil football team will be in search of their first District win tonight as well as they will host Clear Lake.  Osage comes into the game at 1-2 overall and 0-1 in the District while Clear Lake is winless at 0-3 and 0-1.  You can tune into this game on our sister station 987 KISS Country starting with a pregame at about 7:15 and kickoff is scheduled for 7:30.

The top-ranked Saint Ansgar Saints football team will host a District match-up against North Butler tonight.  The Saints are 3-0 overall this season and come in with a District record of 1-0 while the Bearcats are 1-2 and 0-1.  Kickoff from Saint Ansgar will be at 7pm.

The Iowa State Cyclone football team will open up Big 12 play tomorrow as they will be on the road taking on TCU.  The Cyclones are 0-2 this season while TCU comes in at 1-1.  You can tune into this game right here on KCHA starting with the pregame at 9am with kickoff scheduled for 11.

The Iowa Hawkeye football team will host North Dakota State tomorrow in Kinnick Stadium.  The Hawkeyes are ranked 13th in the nation and come in with a record of 2-0.  North Dakota State is top-ranked in the FCS polls and are also 2-0 this season.  You can tune into this game on our sister station 951 The Bull starting with a pregame at 9am and kickoff will be at eleven.

The UNI Panther football team will on the road tomorrow as they get set to take on Eastern Washington.  The Panthers are 1-1 this season and are ranked eleventh while Eastern Washington comes in ranked seventh and are also 1-1 this season.  Kickoff will be at 6pm.
