Iowa Supreme Court Justices to visit Charles City this evening

Charles City, Iowa – The Iowa Supreme Court Justices will argue a case in Charles City this evening at 7:00 p.m. in the North Grand Building Auditorium.

The court will hear oral arguments in the cast of Spencer J. Ludman versus Davenport Assumption High School.

The case involves a baseball player from Muscatine High School who was struck by a foul ball during a baseball game at Davenport Assumption High School.

Following the oral arguments a reception for the public will be held sponsored by the Floyd County Bar Association.

On Wednesday, April 5th, Justice Brent Appel will visit the Charles City High School at 9:10 a.m.

The public is invited to hear the oral arguments this evening, 7 p.m. at the North Grand Building Auditorium.
