Area Preschool Directors Report to FMC Early Childhood Board on April 17th

Charles City, Iowa – Preschool teachers and directors from the Floyd, Mitchell and Chickasaw area will highlight their operations for the FMC Early Childhood Iowa Board Monday evening. The presentations will be heard at the FMC Early Childhood board regular meeting, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Floyd County Courthouse lower level assembly room.

The board will also welcome Pastor John Cofield, who will represent the faith community on the three-county board. Pastor Cofield ministers the St. John United Church of Christ parish in rural Nashua.

Other agenda items include approval of the fiscal agent contract for fiscal year 2018, reports from providers, approval of budget amendments due to legislative funding cuts, and approval of the chair and vice chair. Board members will also review and approve the county audit that includes FMC ECI operations for 2016 and approve the latest financial report.
