Weather Service Needs More “Eyes In The Skies”, Offering Spotter Training March 15th

Charles City, Iowa – The National Weather Service will be holding a SKYWARN severe weather spotter training in Charles City on Tuesday, March 15th.

Peter Rogers, a forecaster with the National Weather Service in La Crosse, Wisconsin, explains.

Rogers talks about why it’s so important to have lots of “eyes to the sky” so to speak.
