Prichard Announces Run For Third Term In Iowa House

Des Moines, Iowa – State Representative Todd Prichard of Charles City announced today that he will seek re-election in House District 52 which includes the counties of Chickasaw, Floyd and Cerro Gordo.

“As your State Representative I’ve worked hard to listen to the people of the district and keep focused on the issues important to them. I look forward to more bi-partisan work in the Iowa House next session representing you,” said Prichard.

Prichard is currently serving his second term in the Iowa House. He serves on the Agriculture, Judiciary, State Government, Veterans Affairs, and Ways and Means committees. He also served on the Telecommunication Company Property Tax Review Interim Study Committee.

“It’s essential that we keep focused on what’s important to our rural communities — quality schools, good-paying jobs, and a strong ag economy,” said Prichard. “I’m proud of my work in the Iowa House over the last few years, but there’s more work to do to help our rural communities succeed.”

Prichard is a small business owner and attorney in Charles City at Prichard Law Office, P.C. He serves in the Army Reserve. He and his wife, Ann, have three children.
