CC Man Changes Plea In Check Kiting Case

Charles City, Iowa – A man has changed his plea in a Floyd County case of check kiting.

24 year old Brock Michael Arndorfer of Charles City was arrested on Jan. 19 and charged with conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony. He was accused of passing over $1,600 in bad checks at First Security Bank in Charles City on Aug. 22, 2015.

Arndorfer initially denied the charge but has now entered a written plea of guilty. No sentencing date has been set.
