Get A Sneak Peek of the Youth Enrichment Center at Floyd County Fairgrounds

Charles City, Iowa – With the Floyd County Fair in full swing, participants can get a sneak peek at the layout of the new Youth Enrichment Building, which is slated to be done in December. Becky Meyer, finance committee member for the building, talks about the project.

There are six donor levels, from $1,000 as a Greenhand level, up to $100,000, which is a Legacy level donation.

Donations also being sought for interior need.

Meyer also encouraged parents of 4-H and FFA children to make a small donation out of the monetary proceeds they may receive from the livestock auction.

Maps and donation slips will be available around grounds throughout the fair.

Friday is Veteran’s Day at the fair, which veterans receiving free admission to tonight’s grandstand event, compliments of Cambrex.
