Fayette County Man Injured In Motorcycle Crash

West Union, Iowa – A Wadena man was injured in a motorcycle crash early Tuesday morning in Fayette County.

According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, 38 year old Larry Lee Seurer, operating a 2004 Harley-Davidson, was traveling northbound on Cedar Road, about a half mile north of Fillmore Road when he lost control and was thrown into the ditch.

Seurer was transported to Palmer Hospital in West Union and then flown to Gunderson Health in La Crosse with life threatening injuries. He was not wearing a helmet.

Damage to the motorcycle was estimated at $4,500. The crash remains under investigation.
