OSAGE, Iowa (AP) – A January sentencing hearing has been scheduled for an Osage woman whose passenger died in a March crash.
Shannon Henaman pleaded guilty Tuesday to vehicular homicide by way of reckless driving. Her sentencing is set for Jan. 24.
Mitchell County authorities say Henaman was driving early in the morning of March 4 when she crashed on the northwest side of Osage. Her passenger, 50-year-old Theodore McPhail, of Osage, was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
