Charles City Community Fund Helping Other Non-Profit Organizations; Donations encouraged


Charles City, Iowa – The Charles City Community Fund is a non-profit organization that raises money for other non-profit organizations within Floyd County.

The allocations for 2017 total over $45,000.

Curt Hallett, who is the treasurer of the Charles City Community Fund, talks about the agencies that benefit from those dollars.

Organizations that can benefit from the Charles City Community Fund must be a non-profit 501C 3 and can only receive allocations once a year.

Hallett talks about how an agency can request funding.

Donations for the Charles City Community Fund can be sent to PO Box 356 in Charles City or for more information contact Cheryl Fuller at 641-330-1277. Donations will be considered as a tax write-off.
