FMC Early Childhood Board Schedules February 20 Meeting

Charles City, Iowa – Members of the FMC (Floyd, Mitchell, Chickasaw) Early Childhood Iowa Area board will meet in regular session on Monday, February 20. Board chair Kathy Herrick will call the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Floyd County Courthouse lower assembly meeting room in Charles City. The public is invited.

Agenda items include review of the November board meeting minutes, a financial report from the period ending January 31 and provider updates.

The board will also review any new information from the state regarding proposed budget cuts for the current fiscal year and upcoming fiscal year 2018.

A spot is also open on the FMC ECI board for a volunteer representing the faith community. Pastor Ben Scholl from Nashua previously held the position. This individual needs to serve a faith organization from Floyd, Mitchell or Chickasaw counties.  Board members will discuss the open position Monday evening.
