Nora Springs man receives probation for meth delivery

Nora Springs, Iowa – A Nora Springs man was handed a 10-year suspended prison sentence on methamphetamine charges.

Court documents show 48-year-old Kai A. Kral was given probation for three to five years after he pled guilty to two felony counts of delivery of methamphetamine back in January in Cerro Gordo County District Court.

Kral is accused of delivering 6.4 grams of meth back on May 3rd, 2016 and 1.2 grams of meth a few days later, both of which went to a cooperating individual under the control of North Central Iowa Narcotics Task Force agents.

Documents state that two $1,000 fines were suspended however Kral was ordered to pay a $125 surcharge on each count and additional fees and court costs.
