Charles City RAGBRAI committee to unveil theme, logo for overnight stop

Charles City, Iowa – The Charles City RAGBRAI Committee will be unveiling the 2017 Charles City Theme and Logo at a Facebook live event on Wednesday, April 5th.

RAGBRAI announced in its overnight host towns in February, with Charles City hosting an overnight on Wednesday, July 26th.

Following the announcement, an executive committee and sub-committees have been formed to organize and plan for the thousands of bike riders that will descend on the area on July 26th.

A Charles City RAGBRAI Facebook page has been created to follow how plans are coming along for the event.

Clues about this year’s theme and logo will be unveiled each day now through Wednesday, April 5th on the Charles City RAGBRAI Facebook page.

Riders will be coming from Clear Lake on Wednesday, July 26th, making stops in Thornton, Swaledale, Rockwell, Cartersville and Rockford before ending in Charles City for the overnight.
