Change of venue for the customer service & hospitality training on April 19th

Charles City, Iowa – A change in location has been made for the upcoming Charles City Tourism Committee Customer Service and Hospitality Training.

The workshop, scheduled for this coming Wednesday, will now be held at the Zastrow Room at the Charles City Public library.

The two-hour interactive workshop will be led by an Iowa State University Extension specialist and will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The workshop is suggested for front line employees who interact with visitors; manager and employees of retail shops; restaurants, attractions, hotels, gas stations and convenience stores along with tourism volunteers.

The workshop is free to the public. Snacks will be provided.
