18-Year-Old Burglar Enters a Plea

Cresco, Iowa – Three people burglarized Harvest Farms Campground in Winneshiek County back on April 14. Two of the three were below the age of 18, but one man is now facing a burglary charge.

18-year-old Anthony Shea of Cresco has pled guilty to a 3rd degree burglary charge after him and two kids broke in the office at the campground. They stole cash and food from the building. Authorities had been investigating a string of burglaries along the northern Iowa boarder before his arrest.

There is no sentencing date, but he will likely have to pay restitution and have three to five years probation since he pled guilty.
