Deadly Crash in Butler County

Clarksville, Iowa – One person is dead following a car accident that took place on a Butler County road, C33.

Two cars were involved in the wreck that happened near Clarksville on Tuesday morning. 81-year-old David Kramer was driving his Ford F250 eastbound when he attempted to turn left.

The second car was driven by 49-year-old Dannette Hildebrand. She was driving eastbound as well and she attempted to pass Kramer when he was turning. Hildebrand’s car rolled several times before coming to a stop. She was pronounced dead.

The crash is under investigation.
