Charles City, Iowa – A Charles City man could be facing many years in prison after he stole more than $1,700 from three different locations.
40-year-old Daniel Connerley has been convicted in the Floyd County District Court. He is facing three counts of theft and possession of methamphetamine. He has a sentencing date set for Nov. 20 in the Floyd County District Court House.
Connerley stole from gaming machines at the Liquor, Beer and Tobacco Outlet in Charles City, 218 Fuel Express and Colwell Tap. Together, he collected more than $1,700 and has received a second, third and fifth degree theft charges.
He could be facing up to 33 years in prison.
