Canadian Pacific’s Holiday Train set to roll into Mason City, Charles City in December

Charles City, Iowa – Canadian Pacific has announced that the popular Holiday Train will make an appearance in Mason City and Charles City in December.

The train will stop in Mason City on Wednesday December 6th at the C.P. Depot, 904 South Pennsylvania Avenue at about 7:45pm with a special performance by Terri Clark, Dallas Smith and Kelly Prescott from 8:00 to 8:30pm.

Charles City residents can expect the train to make a brief 30 minute stop at the intersection of Main Street and Grand Avenue on Thursday December 7th at 11:30am until noon before heading off to ​Marquette, Lansing and New Albin.

The Holiday Train is about 1,000 feet in length with 14 brightly decorated rail cars which are decorated with hundreds of thousands of technology-leading LED lights and holiday designs.
