Rudd man facing sex abuse, incest charges turns himself in

New Hampton, Iowa – The Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Office says a Rudd man who is facing sexual abuse charges in Chickasaw County has turned himself in.

55-year-old David Edward Williams turned himself into the sheriff’s office on Tuesday.

Williams has been charged with 1st degree sexual abuse, a class A felony, 3rd degree sexual abuse, a class C felony and incest, a class D felony.

Williams made his initial court appearance and is being held on $50,000 cash bond only.

No other details about the charges were available.
