Osage Attacker Pleads Not Guilty

Osage, IA – An assault took place in Osage in October and the man responsible has entered a not guilty plea for the charges.

29-year-old Daniel Warner of Buffalo, Minnesota, allegedly took the victim to the ground, hit him in the head and held a knife to the victim’s throat. The attack happened on Friday, Oct. 13.

He has been charged with assault causing serious injury, two counts of assault using a dangerous weapon and one count of assault causing bodily injury or mental illness. Warner has entered not guilty pleas to these charges.

This case does not yet have a trial date.
