Three plead guilty to burglarizing Floyd County farm

Charles City, Iowa – Three people have pleaded guilty to burglarizing a farm in rural Floyd County earlier this summer.

A criminal complaint alleges that 38-year-old Jeremie J. Clay of Charles City, 22-year-old Alea M. Slessor of Clear Lake, and 20-year-old Dylan L. Meister of Clear Lake burglarized over $1,000 worth of items from a farm between July 3th and August 17th.

Clay, Slessor and Meister have pleaded guilty to 3rd degree burglary. Clay and Meister also pleaded guilty to 2nd degree theft.

Sentencing for Meister will be held on January 9th, Slessor on January 16th and Clay on February 6th.
