Cerro Gordo County, IA – A man who had already received a couple of felony drug charges this year has added more to that total after he was recently arrested.
28-year-old Joseph Luna of Mason City has received another felony drug charge after he delivered methamphetamine to a person who was working with the North Iowa Narcotics Task Force.
Luna had a warrant issued for his arrest on Nov. 29, but the exchange happened in April of this year. He had delivered 13.9 grams of the substance.
He has already been arrested twice this year for two separate incidents, and has received two felony drug charges and possession of a stolen bike before this charge. Luna is being held in Cerro Gordo County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
