Charles City Man found Not Guilty of Sexual Touching Charges

Charles City, IA – A Charles City man had been accused of sexually touching a young in girl in August of 2017. He has since been found not guilty of his charges.

33-year-old Jason Wilson had been charged with lascivious acts with a child and indecent contact with a child in his home. He pled not guilty to both charges.

The trial lasted two days. The prosecution had spent over four hours presenting theirs case while the defense presented for 30 minutes total. Wilson was found not guilty of both of his charges in just 40 minutes of deliberation.
