Criminal Mischief Charges Dropped in Osage

Osage, IA – Two people were arrested in Mitchell County in September of last year for causing thousands of dollars in damage to a mobile home. The attorney’s office has made the decision on their charges.

Theresa Becker and Christopher Arfman were charged with second degree criminal mischief after they damaged a mobile home at Triangle Court in Osage. The two are mother and son.

The Mitchell County Attorney’s Office dropped the charge against Becker in November. Arfman’s charge was dropped on Jan. 8.
