Howard County, IA – A woman who has already been serving time in jail received another sentencing for a separate charge on Tuesday.
33-year-old Krista Reinsvold had been serving 60 days in jail and two five year probations before this charge was released. She allegedly burglarized a trailer on Highway 9 in April of 2017. That led to her receiving a third-degree attempted burglary charge. Reinsvold will have to serve an additional two years of probation after her sentencing.
The charges that had landed her in jail the first time was second-degree theft, fourth-degree theft, possession of meth with intent to deliver and failure to affix a drug tax stamp. She had pled guilty to those charges.
