Charles City, IA – Immaculate Conception School spent all of last week celebrating Catholic Schools Week. The celebration was wrapped up on Friday when the school held their first annual Hall of Fame Induction.
Kristy Shultz was a parent to two children when she passed away in 2016. She was named the first person to be inducted into the Immaculate Conception School Hall of Fame.

Kristy Shultz’s sons, mother, father and sisters were in attendance to accept the award.
The school was also celebrating their final day of Catholic Schools Week.
Mayor Dean Andrews presented a speech and announced that Jan. 28 to Feb. 3 will now be known as Catholic Schools Week in Charles City.
