Charles City, IA – The Charles City Police Department arrested four people on Wednesday.
The first arrest came from a traffic stop near North Grand Ave. and 11th Ave. 30-year-old John Barker of Waterloo was arrested for driving while suspended. Barker was taken in at 7:12 a.m.
Police then responded to the 800 block of B St. at 1:20 p.m. as they were trying to find a wanted person. 24-year-old Justin Shultz of Charles City was taken in for a valid Floyd County warrant.
Around three and a half hours later, the CCPD would conduct another traffic stop near Hulin St. and Milwaukee St. 22-year-old Willneisha Hall of Waterloo was arrested for driving while suspended, a registration violation and she had no insurance.
The final arrest came in the 900 block of Kelly St. 43-year-old Courtland Smith of Charles City was arrested for an outstanding warrant. This took place at around 6:10 p.m.
