Benefit Account Established For Lone Surviving Crash Victim

Charles City, Iowa – A benefit account has been established for the lone survivor of a deadly crash this past Friday.

Tom Parcher is currently in critical condition at St. Mary Hospital in Rochester, MN. Parcher suffered multiple injuries with his spinal cord being the most severe. He is expected to undergo more surgeries in the coming days, followed by rehabilitation.

There is a benefit account that’s been established at First Citizen’s Bank in Charles City to assist the family with the many expenses that will accumulate over the next several months. You can also drop of monetary donations at the State Farm Insurance office in Charles City.

The Friday afternoon crash took the lives of 28-yer-old Jacob Allen Mahnesmith of Nashua, 28-year-old Shane Allen Wiltse of Charles City, and the driver of the other vehicle whose name hasn’t yet been released.

Services for both Mahnesmith and Wiltse are set for Thursday.
