Update: Amber Alert is cancelled, both woman and child have been found

Update: The Amber Alert has been cancelled. Authorities say they have found the woman and child involved. No other details have since been released.

Waterloo, Iowa – Authorities on Tuesday issued an Amber Alert for a 4 month child who was abducted earlier this morning in Waterloo.

The child, 4 month old Rashaun Graves Jr. is 19 to 24 inches tall, weighs 12 pounds with black hair and brown eyes wearing a diaper. Graves also has a large dimple on his chin.

The individual who abducted him is 28-year-old Sarah Nagy Brown, 5 foot 1 inch tall, 150 pounds with red blonde hair and blue eyes. She is said to be wearing a blue sports bra and black pants.

Authorities say they could be traveling towards Texas. The vehicle is described as a gray 2017 Nissan Sentra with Oregon plate number 067JYL.
