Mason City Man Charged With Felony Terrorism

Mason City, Iowa – An 18-year-old man has been charged will felony terrorism for shooting at an occupied car Saturday morning according to Mason City police.

The Mason City Police Department says they charged Manuel Zamorano for the incident along with assault on a police officer and some drug offenses.

The police department says  it received a report of shots being fired at a car with three people it in near Eighth Street Southeast and South Kentucky Avenue around 11:30 am.

The bullets didn’t hit anyone or the car.
