Tuesday’s slate: (all games are double headers)

Charles City at New Hampton

Nashua-Plainfield at Rockford

Osage at Newman Catholic

ISU debuts in AP Top 25.

The Iowa State Cyclones debut in the Associated Press top-25 this week at number 20. The Cyclones are 2-0 in the Big-12 after a lopsided win over fifth ranked Kansas and they return to action tomorrow night at Baylor.

That’s Iowa State coach Steve Prohm who believes improved team defense has been a key.

Prohm says the Cyclones have what it takes to be good on defense.

Baylor is 8-5 overall and opened Big-12 play with a loss to TCU.

Chris Berg

Chris was born in Webster City and raised in Charles City. As a young kid, he would always be caught singing along to songs on the radio. He says he's good at karaoke but we think otherwise. ;) In his free time, he enjoys beginning new projects at home and hardly ever finishing them. Chris lives in Charles City with his wife Vicki, daughter Brynlee and son Jaxon.
