Chickasaw County Sheriff, Fredericksburg approve law enforcement contract for next year

New Hampton, Iowa – The Chickasaw County Board of Supervisors approved a contract Monday morning between Fredericksburg and the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s office for services for the upcoming year.

Sheriff Marty Heman says the parties have approved it for one year.


The department will use 85 hours per month, 1,060 annually for a $53, 826 cost.

The contract takes effect July 1, 2019.
