11th Street Chautauqua receives perfect survey fourth time in a row

Charles City, Iowa – 11th Street Chautauqua announced Wednesday, the 53-bed skilled nursing facility received a perfect survey from the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals.

The inspection reviewed facility policy, procedures and processes, staff duties and interviewed residents and their families about care satisfaction.

The Iowa Health Care Association reports 66 of Iowa’s 430 care facilities – 15 percent – were deficiency free.  This is the fourth time in a row 11th Street Chautauqua recorded a perfect survey.

“Achieving this level of quality requires superlative efforts at self-improvement and always doing the things the right way,” aid administrator for the care facility David Ayers.

11th Street Chautauqua operates under Chautauqua Guest Homes including 9th Street Chautauqua and Riverside senior Living.  Both facilities received perfect surveys during the most recent inspections.
