Free mental first aid training at NIACC tomorrow

Mason City, Iowa – The National Alliance on Mental Illness is hosting a free adult mental health first aid training session tomorrow from 8am until 5pm.

The class teaches individuals how to aid with persons who have mental health crises. The training is open to anyone who wants to learn more about mental health and how to offer mental health first aid.

It will be held at NIACC’s recreation center room in Mason City.

Chris was born in Webster City and raised in Charles City. As a young kid, he would always be caught singing along to songs on the radio. He says he's good at karaoke but we think otherwise. ;) In his free time, he enjoys beginning new projects at home and hardly ever finishing them.
