MidAmerican Energy donates $10,000 to Floyd County Fair

Des Moines, Iowa – MidAmerican Energy has made a donation of $10,000 to the Floyd County Fair.

The company announced the gift on their Facebook page Monday saying the non-profit became the grand-prize winner after people it entered the Iowa State Fair.

They were one of 10 organizations who received money from MidAmerican Energy.

The donation was part of MidAmerican’s CARE initiative
