New Hampton McDonald’s receives “experience of the future’ remodel

New Hampotn, Iowa – Soifer Family McDonald’s in New Hampton is getting a technology friendly face lift to its store over the next several months.

Owner Scott Soifer says the transition has been dubbed as the “Experience of the Future.”

Construction started earlier this week. Main work includes modernizing the exterior of the building and overhauling the PlayPlace.

Soifer says the dining room will remain open at times, but will close for a brief period.  The drive thru will remain open through the entirety of the project.

Sofier added construction crews have taken steps to separate the rebuild process from the customer experience.

New Hampton’s location is one of 12 stores throughout Northern Iowa.  They join seven other stores who’ve received similar face lifts. Customers interested in construction updates and a behind the scenes look can follow Soifer Family McDonald’s on Facebook.
