Charles City schools online survey to help troubleshoot challenges

Charles City Schools and Board of Education have recently opened up a community survey that will attempt to pool ideas on how to best troubleshoot its facility and capacity challenges.

The survey can be found at www.cccsdsurvey.org and will be open until November 22nd. One can also participate in the survey in-person during office hours at the school from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The results of the survey will be compiled and presented at the Board of Education Meeting in December.

Superintendent of schools, Mike Fisher says this about the survey: “The Charles City Community Schools are known for providing an excellent learning environment designed to prepare our students for the years ahead. As we work to fulfill our mission, it is important that we evaluate our facility needs to ensure the long-term success of our schools and the students and families they serve. We are engaging our community around these issues through this survey and as we move forward with this important process.”
