Motor-coach of Gopher fans stop in Floyd County on way to Iowa City

This weekend the Iowa Hawkeyes will be in a rivalry-driven match-up with the undefeated Minnesota Gophers for the Floyd of Rosedale. With tremendous excitement surrounding this year’s Gopher team, a motor-coach of fans coordinated by Creative Chapters, drove from Minnesota to Iowa City for the game – driving through Floyd County first as a poetic pit-stop.

Steve Erban, with Creative Chapters, directed the entire motor-coach to sing the Minnesota Gopher fight song.

The game starts at 3 p.m. on Saturday and the Gophers are currently ranked 7th in the country and haven’t beaten the Hawkeyes since 2014.
