Floyd and Chickasaw county farmland less valuable in 2019

Every year, Iowa State University puts out a survey pinpointing the land value of an acre of farmland in each county. This year, the average price per acre was $7,432, which is up from $7,264 from last November.
Floyd and Chickasaw counties didn’t receive similar treatment, as both had over a one percent downturn from 2018:
Floyd County –

2019: $7,654

Chickasaw County –
2018: $7,393
2019: $7,282
Change: -1.5%
