Charles City man accused of sexual acts with Comp Systems client pleads not guilty

Charles City man, Jeffrey Wayne Herman, accused of committing sexual acts with a Comp Systems client who was not able to consent to the acts, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Herman, 61, was arrested back in December and charged with the crime. He worked for Comp Systems and allegedly performed sexual acts with a female victim who was not able to provide consent.

His trial is set for March 3rd of this year and is currently free from jail after paying $1,000 in bail money.
