In 2019, the New Hampton High School speech team qualified in 3 events for the state competition – this year, official Saturday at the district competition in Decorah, they are going to be bringing 8.
The state competition will be at the Dubuque city high school on February 7th. The team is bringing 4 teams of improv alone. In a noteworthy fashion, the school will be bringing a group miming team as well.
