New Hampton may start new school year with early-outs

According to the New Hampton Tribune, state law won’t allow school to start before August 23rd – after summer vacation concludes. Some ideas for how to counteract this fact, is on the forefront of Jay Jurren’s (New Hampton Superintendent) mind.

One of the most noteworthy ones, is Jurren’s recommendation to start the school year with consecutive early-outs.

This would combat coming back to school and being forced into a full week of classes on August 24th.
