Gov. Reynolds: 123 new Iowa cases; 2 deaths

Gov. Kim Reynolds does a live press conference on Facebook and YouTube at 11 a.m. every day on the state of the union in regards to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Here is a recap of what she said on Monday April 13th:
- 123 new cases of COVID-19 were discovered in Iowa; with 2 new deaths reported.
- The total cases in Iowa, as of the 13th, has grown to 1,710.
- 142 people have been hospitalized; 741 people have recovered from the virus.
- The long-term care facilities have had outbreaks in the past couple weeks and their staff and residents account for 10% of all cases in Iowa; with 53% of all deaths coming from these facilities.
