Chickasaw County Public Health announce 6th case of COVID-19; 5 recovered cases

Chickasaw County has another confirmed case of COVID-19 for a cumulative total of 6 cases, with 5 cases that have recovered and been released from Public Health monitoring.  The sixth case is an adult in the 18-40 year old age range.

On May 5th, Chickasaw County Public Health announced a 6th case of the virus in the area. They performed a closer investigation and found out that the case was outside the county. This error was identified as an address incorrectly added into the Iowa Disease Surveillance System.

This sparked a retraction. Now on May 11th, CCPH is sitting at 6 cases.
