Charles City Public Library and KCHA present ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’ (summer reading program)

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed how everything looks. This remains true with how the Charles City Public Library Summer Reading Program will operate as well. Librarian Stacey Leerhoff will be teaming up with Middays with Melrose to read the beloved ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’. 

Every Tuesday and Thursday on Middays with Melrose at 12:30 between June 9th and July 16rd, KCHA will air ‘Reading for 5 with Stacey’ where Stacey will read 5 minutes of a chapter from Alice in Wonderland. Whatever portion of the chapter she can’t read in 5 minutes will be posted separately on the Charles City Public Library Facebook page that same day.

June 9th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 1 (first 5 minutes):

June 11th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 2 (first 5 minutes)

June 16th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 3 (first 5 minutes)

June 18th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 4 (first 5 minutes)

June 23th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 5 (first 5 minutes)

June 25th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 6 (first 5 minutes)

June 30th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 7 (first 5 minutes)

July 2th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 8 (first 5 minutes)

July 7th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 9 (first 5 minutes)

July 9th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 10 (first 5 minutes)

July 14th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 11 (first 5 minutes)

July 16th at 12:30 on 95.9 KCHA – Chapter 12 (first 5 minutes)
