CCAC Art-a-Fest ‘mostly online’ event goes live at 9 a.m. Saturday; many kids events

At exactly 9 a.m. tomorrow, the annual Charles City Art-a-Fest entries will go live on the Charles City Art Center website. At this point, customers will be able purchase and curb-side pick-up their purchased items.

There are 14 artists participating in the Art-a-Fest this year and over 800 artifacts to sell off.

The entire event is going to live streamed on Facebook, and at least one food vendor will be outside the CCAC for the extent of the day so that customers will be able to grab a bite as they grab their item.

Art-a-Fest is traditionally a great event to be a kid, this is why the committee wanted to make sure they didn’t ignore the small ones by creating a couple of events:

Children will also be supplied chalk to draw on the sidewalks outside which will be posted online. Kids will also be given llama creation kits – to manifest their own llamas!

Visit charlescityartafest.com to view and purchase items after the 9 a.m. start time.
